Purpose

The purpose of this ministry is to assist those who need encouragement, affirmation, and hope. This ministry will offer Christian counseling services while extending Christ's love to those who are hurting. It is our intention to reach out to our community with Christian wisdom, love, and understanding.

The Cumberland Christian Counseling Center is staffed by a Christian counselor who is committed to clinical excellence. A biblical perspective is used as a foundation from which to address individual and family needs.

Hours and Appointments

Counseling sessions can be scheduled on Tuesdays/Thursdays between 3:oo p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with Dr. Melvin Felts, DMin.

Location

Counseling Sessions will be held at the Cumberland Baptist Association office located at 2758 Trenton Road Clarksville, TN (Located behind Spring Baptist Church).

Financial Considerations

Counseling fees are due and payable at the time of service. Fees are based on an established fee scale that takes into consideration a client's financial situation.

Melvin Felts, DMin., a certified Biblical Counselor with a Doctorate from Southern Seminary and is a member of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors.
