Men's Conference Registration Information

We need your help as we finalize plans for this event. Begin the registration process, if you have not already started. Have your men sign up and pay for the event. If your men pay with a check, have them make the check to your church. After registration is complete, send one check from your church payable to the Cumberland Baptist Association for all participants (in the memo line put men’s conference). Once we have received the registration money, we will mail to you conference wrist bands for your participants that the conference leaders will use for admittance. The faster a church can finalize the registration process, it helps organizers of the conference finalize plans for food, space, and other issues. We are expecting over a thousand men in attendance. With an event of this scale it is imperative that we have a good estimate of numbers to ensure adequate preparations. Here are some helpful hints.

1. Promote this event with your men and have them sign up men

2. The CBA will mail out registration cards to your church next week.

3. Have men fill out the registration card and pay for the event (individual participants checks payable to your church)

4. Write one combine check for all participants payable to the Cumberland Baptist Association

5. The CBA will then send you the wrist bands for entrance into the conference

6. APRIL 6 IS THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR $40.00
